The Pacific Crest Trail is America’s greatest wild and scenic trail experience. From Campo California through the Cascades, Sierra Nevada range and into British Columbia, the 2,653 mile path is supported, protected, and advocated for by our pals at the Pacific Crest Trail Association, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The Pacific Crest Trail Association is an eclectic band of trail junkies who have championed the needs of the Pacific Crest Trail since 1977. 

To pay homage to their year-round efforts, we’ve designed these trekking poles in house to proudly display the vintage Pacific Crest Trail badge (try and find it displayed along the trail in Washington) and trail map topography in a fresh new Sage Green colorway. Your new favorite trekking poles also contribute to the greater good – 5% of the retail proceeds from our new Kaviso x Fizan Compact Trekking Poles will be donated to the PCTA.

The Fizan Compact 3 is the worlds lightest three-section aluminum trekking pole weighing in at 5.6 ounces per pole with an adjustable length of 22.8 to 52 inches (58 to 132 cm). The Fizan Compact 4 hit the scales at 6 ounces per pole with an adjustable length of 19.3 to 49.2 inches (49 to 125 cm).

While the Compact 3 is a bit lighter and can extend longer, the Compact 4 collapses smaller, making it a good alternative for those who plan to travel with their poles inside their backpack or luggage. Both feature replaceable carbide tips for traction on dirt trails and metal-reinforced, highly textured rubber tip covers for rocky trails and slippery surfaces. Along with the included baskets, the poles can accommodate press-fit baskets from other brands.
